His career is distinguished by progressive leadership roles at world-class organizations such as Revlon, The Walt Disney Company, and the U.S. Army, where he honed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the sales domain.

Classically trained in a broad spectrum of leadership disciplines, Bob excels in sales strategy, trade marketing, sales planning, and analytics. His skill set also encompasses category management, sales operations, retail execution, and supply chain management, making him a versatile and impactful leader.

Throughout his career, Bob has consistently demonstrated a proven ability to drive growth for iconic brands, launch new brands, and revitalize those in need of a fresh approach. His strategic vision and hands-on leadership have led to significant revenue growth, with portfolio management responsibilities ranging from $20M to $150M.

Bob holds a master’s degree in quality systems management with a focus on Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing from The National Graduate School, a master’s degree in management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Nichols College. He is also a Distinguished Military Graduate from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute Reserve Officer Training Program.
