As President and Founder of Keystone Solutions, I bring over 25 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles across the consumer products industry. I have had the privilege of leading sales teams at world-class companies such as Lifetime Brands, The Walt Disney Company, Revlon, Vinturi, and AeroGrow, honing a wealth of knowledge and expertise along the way. My career journey has spanned diverse product categories and markets, giving me a broad perspective on what it takes to build successful brands and drive profitable growth.

Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered results by scaling emerging brands, revitalizing established ones, and building high-performing teams. My strategic and hands-on approach has led to significant revenue gains, as I’ve overseen business portfolios ranging from $20 million to $150 million in annual sales.

I have deep expertise in all facets of sales management, including sales strategy, trade marketing, sales planning, analytics, category management, and sales operations. I approach the business with an operator’s mindset – balancing top-line growth with profitability, supply chain efficiency, and smart marketing investments to deliver sustainable results. This balanced, disciplined approach ensures that the strategies I develop are both ambitious and executable, aligning big-picture vision with real-world operational capabilities.

In addition to my corporate experience, I have a distinguished military background, having served as an officer in the U.S. Army for over two decades and retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. During my military service, I led highly sensitive missions and developed award-winning training programs that earned national recognition. These experiences honed my ability to strategize under pressure and instilled in me a commitment to leadership, teamwork, and disciplined execution – qualities that I carry into my business career.

I have always believed in continual learning and have earned multiple degrees to broaden my expertise. I hold an M.S. in Quality Systems Management (focused on Six Sigma/Lean) from The National Graduate School, an M.S. in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Marketing from Nichols College. This strong educational foundation in business and process excellence complements my hands-on experience, equipping me with proven methodologies to improve operations and drive performance.

I am a dynamic and accomplished sales executive with more than 30 years of award-winning experience driving growth across the consumer technology and consumer products industries. Over the course of my career, I have held executive leadership roles at world-class companies such as Logitech, Eastman Kodak, and Revlon. In these positions, I delivered proven success across B2B, retail, distribution, and e-tail channels.

In these roles, I spearheaded a $400 million B2B and U.S. Distribution business and led a $300 million National Service Provider channel team. I built new B2B sales channels from the ground up and transformed go-to-market strategies, consistently driving significant revenue growth. Additionally, I forged trusted executive partnerships with industry leaders including CDW, SHI, Amazon, and Staples, expanding our distribution networks and accelerating sales across both traditional and digital channels.

Throughout my career, I have guided organizations through complex integrations, new product launches, and strategic team realignments. I excel at leading teams through these transitions, ensuring seamless execution and sustained performance during times of change.
